Gaming and Entertainment Trail
Begin your day with a good old fashioned coffee shop breakfast at the CARSON NUGGET CASINO, famous for its in-house bakery.

After breakfast you have a choice of slots, table games, poker room, keno lounge and bingo lounge.  The Nugget has been a Carson City favorite since 1957 and voted “Friendliest Casino” for 9 straight years!

Next, you can cross Carson Street to find two “Old Time” Carson gaming icons, Cactus Jacks and the Carson Horseshoe Club.  This is gambling the way it used to be.  Locals hint:  The Horseshoe Club café has great hamburgers!

Just up the street is the Carson Station Casino, with classic casino games, state-of-the-art slots, sports bar, sports book and dining at the Station Grille or restaurant.

The fun doesn’t set with the sun in Carson City.  Freshen up and get ready for a full evening of entertainment and gaming.

You might want to start by checking out the schedule of entertainment at the Brewery Arts Center, featuring live performances by such greats as Al Stewart, Lydia Pense and Cold Blood and Sugarloaf, to name just a few.

Live musical theater is also available, past performances have included Fiddler on The Roof, The Music Man and Annie Get Your Gun.  A complete schedule is available at http://www.wnc.edu/performing_arts/ Locals Hint:  A great place for after Theater gathering is D’vine Wine, featuring a large selection of wine and appetizers.

If you still need some late night fun, try the new Casino Fandango, featuring slots, table games, race and sports book and five themed bars!  And if there is a movie you are dying to see, it is probably playing at the 10-screen state of the art Galaxy Theater, adjoining Casino Fandango.

If Bowling is more your style, take the gang to Gold Dust West Casino, where you will find a state of the art bowling center and all your favorite games.

Better plan on sleeping in tomorrow, you have a lot to do!  For even more ideas, be sure to contact one of our travel specialists at 1 800 NEVADA-1.
